Control system expertise at new facilities
Richard Miller, Proeon Systems Managing Director, officially opened our new premises on Friday 4 July, by the ceremonious cutting of a ribbon.
Under Richard’s expert guidance, we have significantly grown as a company, increasing our team members to over 70, alongside a widening of our client base across Europe and the UK. The move into a new 22,000 sq ft facility is both an important and strategic step for everyone here at Proeon Systems.
- Important – This milestone in our company history has seen us expand beyond the Hethel Engineering facilities where we propagated as a young start up company in 2010. This has enabled us to have an identity and location operated by ourselves.
- Strategic – We need to tell our clients where we are and what we’re capable of, together with our future aspirations.
Supporting the global energy sector
One aspiration of ours is to have our sights set on Sizewell C (a nuclear power station project), to be an established specialist control systems company in the region, owing to our excellent track record at the sister site Sizewell B.
By utilising our expertise and skills across the global energy sector, we can help to protect critical national infrastructure. We want to continue to sustain and develop business opportunities, entice new and existing clients and keep engineering flowing through our new facilities.
With many new announcements to come in the next few months, 2025 is turning out to be another exiting year for Proeon.
