Manufacturing
Our dedicated test and validation department ensures that hazardous area working is managed with in-depth procedures adhering to our accredited ISO 9001 quality management system.
In conjunction with our ISO 9001 status, we adhere to BS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2011 and BS EN 60079 ensuring the highest quality standards for Ex manufacture. This specifies requirements and information for establishing and maintaining a stringent quality system to manufacture Ex equipment.
Our staff are well versed in the standards required for safe working and are CompEx trained to further their understanding of hazardous areas.
Installation, commissioning and inspection
The engineering team has experience in onshore and offshore environments and has the qualifications and certification to allow us to install and commission equipment to our clients’ standards. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction by offering solutions that cover initial design to final inspection and support thereafter as required. A single point of contact is appointed throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing support via a cost-effective solution.
Stand-alone reviews and engineering consultancy for hazardous area installations are also available to our clients, including reports and documentation with action plans for potential options, which can be undertaken by our hazardous area specialists.
